A Nigerian father of five children has voiced frustration with the country’s present levels of hunger and poverty.
The man who left the #EndBadGovernance event is seen sobbing angrily in a now-viral video, which has sparked emotions on social media.
As the head of the household, he lamented that he was unable to provide his children with free meals or even an education. The angry man, tears welling up in his eyes, said he had worked constantly but to no advantage.
He made this revelation on Thursday, August 1, at the Nationwide Protest. Online, the news created a stir.
In his words, “It is very painful, I can not give my children education, I cannot give them food to eat. I have been working, working and working. That is very painful”.
